Here at Football Domination, we provide support and representation for our players who have gone through the P4 Pathway model by organising trials and negotiating deals with professional clubs for our players.
P4 PATHWAY MODEL
The Player’s Professional Pathway model (P4 Pathway model) has been designed to incorporate the four levels which we have identified from grassroots to elite. This model ensures that the four key areas that affect a young person’s development in football are met, thus giving our players enough support to achieve their dreams of playing for a professional club. The aim is to provide pathways for as many young people in Catford and across South London as possible through football, whether it be playing or coaching.
